As part of my academic journey at JK Lakshmipat University, I was required to complete a Graduation Project with a client organization. For this project, I worked with the organization - L&T Hyderabad Metro Rail, focusing on redesigning their official transit app - TSavaari, to improve the overall passenger experience. This initiative aimed to streamline the user journey from start to end of their journey.
